This purchase is a devastation for me. They continually deceive and flat out lie to customers to get their money. Buyer Beware. I have been forced to file a Consumer Fraud Case against them with the Mohave Attorney General. I have also contacted the BBB. Today this spa is getting moved out into my FRONT YARD, tipped up on it's side & I am painting a HUGE sign to hang on it Saying: ""I Bought this Piece of JUNK from Valetine's Spa LLC
Diane & Jeremy Valentine are liars. I traded a spa and was told that the new spa was only 4 years old with one owner When they delivered it and took my trade in to be sold on consignment in their store the newer one would not heat the water. It took them 3 weeks to finally get it up & running after The repairs were done. At that time Jeremy told me the spa actually had multiple owners & was much older, in fact I did some research & found the spa is about 15 years old.
Today it still sits here with no water because the jets do not work & the heater will not heat above 70 degrees, which it is a high priced swimming pool, that is not big enough to swim in. They do not return my calls regarding promised repairs. I contacted Diane today & ask her to just bring my spa back because I am disabled & need it for pain relief.
She will not bring it back unless I pay her additional delivery money from when she picked it up. (it was picked up the same time the other one was delivered) This makes absolutely no sense, but then Diane acts like a money hungry person, because after the delivery I had to make an extra trip to buy water set up chemicals, but when I bought it she said delivery 7 ""set-up"" were included in the price. She actually hung up on after she told me that they do not work for free. But I can see they sure do freely take my money and deliver defective merchandise and never keep their promises. This Spa will remain advertised in my front yard until this is settle..if it can not be settled teh Spa will become for ever yard Art..because that is all it is worth using it for. RETURN MY MONEY & BRING BACK MY OTHER SPA.. Shared on FaceBook, Yahoo & Twitter and everywhere else I can to warn the public
