Review content:
Stay away from this place! Their ""warranty"" is not actually worth paper it's written on. Got 4 tires while back and it's supposedly had 40k miles warranty, but after having made about 20k two of them are getting bold.
They will not replace the bold ones because I do not have ""record of tire rotation"". So this is their ""gotcha"" way out of it. Had similar problems with tires purchased in Costco and they replaced the worn out tires and gave me credit for the ones that still had some thread in them, without asking about ""rotation record"".
Big O Issaquah manager refused even to discuss giving me a credit for the better ones flat out! Called their corporate office but I got the line that the store ""is an independent contractor"" and basically cannot override their decision. It's kind of funny that when franchisee uses corporate name that there does not seem to be a way, or desire to maintain some kind of customer service standards.
Oh well, what can I say; Costco Tire store; here I come!
