Review content:
One of my employees had trouble with her brakes this morning, so I called to find out if they might be able to install new rear brakes today. The owner (Joe I believe) answered the phone and was extremely helpful. When we arrived to drop off the car he greeted us and had the car taken in right away. The brakes were replaced in the timeframe they promised for less than they quoted. During our short wait, my employee and I witnessed several customer transactions and a few telephone calls- all were handled in a friendly manner so you really feel that your patronage is appreciated. I left this Meineke store thinking, "this is how a business should be run."
