I BOUGHT A HUGE MEAL FOR A PARTY, INCLUDING DESSERT.. UPON EATING THEIR HOME MADE COOKIES, OF WHICH THEY HAD ALOT IN THE STORE THAT DAY, I CALLED THEM LATER THAT EVENING AND TOLD THEM THE COOKIES WERE STALE.. THEY JUST SAID, ""NO THEY ARE NOT"" AND HUNG UP.. THEY WOULD NOT DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT.. NOT EVEN LISTEN.. I WOULD HAVE LIKED A REFUND ON THE COOKIES OR MORE COOKIES TO REPLACE THE STALE ONES.. BUT THEY WOULD NOT EVEN LISTEN TO ME.. JUST HUNG UP ON ME... WELL, MYSELF AND MY SISTER HAVE BEEN GOING HERE FOR YEARS AND YEARS.. WE GREW UP IN HOMEWOOD.. ALWAYS GOT SAVAOIA'S FOR FAMILY PARTIES AND FUNCTIONS.. THEY HAVE LOST LIFE TIME CUSTOMERS.... THERE WAS SO MANY OF THIER HOME MADE COOKIES IN THEIR STORE THAT DAY, THEY COULDNOT HAVE POSSIBLY COOKED THEM ALL THAT DAY.. SOME OF THEM WERE OLD AND I GOT PILES OF THE OLD ONES... THEY WERE STALE.. THEY WERE IN-EDIBLE... I LOST ALOT OF MONEY THIS WAS A HUGE DINNER PARTY FOR ALOT OF PEOPLE AND I HAD BOUGHT ALOT OF COOKIES.. NOT TO MENTION THE FACT I DIDNT HAVE DESSERT FOR ANYONE.. AND THE EMBARRASSMENT OF THAT... BUT THEY DIDNT CARE.. NOT AT ALL...
