If you are a renter... and aren't financially or emotionally invested in your home, call Larry. They are spot on at putting you off, sending kids out to do subpar work, providing their workers with antiquated and inadequate tools to tear your home up before your eyes, telling you to take your money elsewhere. After our own personal nightmare with LWR, I can guarantee you that you are in for a wild ride of construction fears made real. They are so adept at customer care that they are well versed in these great things to hear from a contractor; We are waiting on the insurance company that we never contacted, Look, my patience has been run thin this week, I don't appreciate being caught in a lie, Don't let our door get you too hard in the butt on the way out. So yeah, I guess if you like dysfunction and poor work then LWR is for you. If you are like me and value being treated like the top priority and with respect then there are other companies out there that know how to treat your home like their home and not their rental property.
Pros: No one died at my house
