Well I should have listened to the reviews!!! I went in to get my hair done and was so upset at what she did it was all I could do to hold back the tears. Toni not only barely did anything, she left my dark roots showing, and then charged me 102 dollars for it. I don't mind paying a lot for my hair to be colored but when I go out looking the same that I did when I came in, well, its upsetting to say the least. Customer service with Toni was 0. She barely said two words to me and as the previous review said, she left and did not return for 40 minutes. Not only is my hair awful the experience overall was terrible. The only nice part was the ladies up front. STAY AWAY unless you are getting a massage or facial.
