We had a hot water heater spring a leak on the Sunday after New Years 2010. I made a call to my good friend who is in the construction business and he recommended some guy named ""Wayne"". At the time, i thought he was just an independent plumber or just some handyman. At that point, it did not matter who he was. I called ""Wayne"" and he said he would be out first thing in the morning, which was a BIG relief. I realized that he worked for Terhune Glenn Plumbing. This company was new to me and i was a bit skeptical of additional ""add-ons"" when they arrived. My wife would be handling the install since i was at work and was afraid of additional sales tactics that some companies use to increase work/profit.
