So disappointed in this place. I have bought, sold, and pawned things since they opened the doors. The owner is a cool guy but the employees or more specifically the guy with the mullet ponytail and his girlfriend are rude and disrespectful. They tend to treat you as a drug addict when selling or pawing anything. They also contradict their own prices and when called out they become even more disrespectful. I thought pawn shops were for negotiating deals but not here! They have no people skills and mullet man even yelled and threw his computer keyboard because I was on my cell phone when picking up my property. I would suggest staying away from this place and trying the pawn shop on veterans pkwy across from TGI Friday's. At least they are respectful and nice even when they say no. It's too bad that after over 10yrs of business that I will never return and plan on posting this everywhere I can or let anyone I come across know not to do business here.
