Review content:
I acquired a loan and asked for a call a day in advance of when the loan would be debited from my account. I was assured by the attendant that since I used a debit card was used to secure the loan that a call would automatically be generated. Today I noticed the loan processed with no phone call. I called and spoke to a manager and she assured me someone had called me, but could not tell me who, when, or why they did not leave a message. She got upset that I was speaking loudly, but I was trying to speak through the glass barrier between myself and her and when I explained this she refused to speak to me any longer stating that I was ""yelling"" at her. When I stated, in a normal tone that I was simply trying to make sure she heard me she said, ""What, I can't hear you"". Would not recommend this location.
