I would like to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received at one of your locations (3908 Western Blvd, Raleigh, NC). I had been to this location a few times before, but I can guarantee I will no longer patronize this location or any other Meineke establishment. On previous occasions I had gotten the Basic Oil change done on my vehicle and it came to $23.07. Today (11/3/10), the same vehicle and the same service cost me $27.65 The service technician said there was a $5.00 skid plate R and R fee. Why hadn't I ever been charged this fee in the past (I have my old receipts)? Ironically, I had a $4.00 off coupon. It is my believe that I was charged this additional $5.00 to make up the difference in the coupon . Sadly, for a mere $5.00 Meineke has lost 2 customers me and my husband. I will also share this experience with my family and friends and post a complaint on the web. It is very disappointing to feel that I was taken advantage of. Also, my appointment was scheduled for 11am, however, they didn't pull my vehicle into the garage until 11:30. Additionally, I joined the Car Care Club and never received my coupon, even after I added Meineke and the appropriate email address to my contacts list. I had to print the subscription information page as verification. Please remove me from the Customer Care Club.
