I have used Just Tires in Apex for several years, but I will no longer use them because they did not honor their warranty on aligning my tires and also the tires themselves. I have had my tires consistently rotated and aligned by them so negligence on my part has not been the problem; they told me this as well because they checked their own computers. The problem is that I purchased tires that were supposed to get close to 60,000 miles and they are already failing at 29,000 miles. Further, I was just told that Just Tires in Apex is no longer guaranteeing their wheel alignments like they used to. What a shame. BUYER BEWARE or just be prepared for disappointment and frustration and the run around. It's a good thing that there are more options than Just Tires in Apex. If you still like Just Tires, just go to another location. It would be worth the drive, the money and the time.
