It is really a shame that there are people in our community like the one who wrote the review below. The accusation is so heinous I feel compelled to address it.
First of all I feel bad for this person IF they actually had this experience somewhere but it certainly was not at Action Embroidery. I would encourage anyone who ever has this type of experience anywhere to directly address it with the management of that company and not embark on a smear campaign (in this case unjustly) against a company. An employee such as the one described below should not be allowed to work in any environment where they may come in contact with the general public let alone children. As a parent to this child, failure to bring this type of behavior to the attention of management is simply inexcusable.
Action Embroidery takes great pride in our professional customer service and for that reason we have two very well trained knowledgeable ladies who handle our entire walk in customers. Again two ladies, we do not have any men who deal with our customers. It is also important to mention the fact that we do not have anyone named Tim who currently works here or who ever has worked here. It is very obvious that the person who wrote the review below was either at the wrong place or is simply out to smear the reputation of this company.
All of the employees at Action Embroidery work very hard and need their employment here to support themselves and their families. A direct attack such as this jeopardizes the livelihood of our employees which is extremely irresponsible and unjust.
