HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE especially a lady named (Sapna) that helped me get my suit.. I will start off with my first visit about a year ago , i had just ordered 3 shirts which my brother referred my to them.. After letting them know that i need it at this certain time frame, not only were the shirts delayed , but the collar size was incorrect.. So they had to fix the collars and that took about another 3-4 days... Anyways going to what happened recently in Sep 2011 .. I ordered a suit/shirt/vest and so on for my brothers wedding that was on Oct 1st... Everything comes on time except for the Vest that was done incorrectly which they had to redo in Hong Kong... Due to some sort of sunami excuse in Hong Kong, which that never happened.. I ended up paying full price for my order and coudnt where my vest that went with this suit to my brothers wedding!!! I would not recommend this place to anyone, cause of there poor customer service and on top of all that they did not have the common sense to offer me some kind of price reduction or some shirts for free..!! Anyways thank god i have found a new place that has class cause thats what custom suits are all about
