I am a single woman new to the area and Bair Plumbing came out to fix my leaky toilet. I was referred by my neighbor since I had no idea who to call and I was afraid of getting ripped off. They were very nice and took care of the leak the same day that I called them. They were able to call me at work to meet them since I did not want to have to wait around all day. I was surprised at the price but after checking around it seems correct. They were also able to get the hose off of my outside faucet which I was unable to do and they did not charge me for that. I will call them again when I need to get my furnace cleaned-they also do furnace work.
Pros: They answered all my questions and showed me where all the main shut offs were in case of an emergency
Cons: price was higher than expected but I will call them again ( you usually get what you pay for)
