Decent parking, nice variety of animals, clean shop. Employees are extremely rude though. We stood in the store for over 30 minutes waiting on someone to help us. Instead the old sea hag stood around, starred at my family and gossiped about us to other customers. My family and I left disappointed and humilated. Never again will we step foot in that store. Their loss! we went to a private dealer and bought 2 beautiful African Grays.
Pros: Hard to say anything nice when they are so rude!
Cons: Rude!!!! Customer Service $uck$! Sea Hag should be fired!
