Businiess name:  Banfield

Review content:
This Banfield store is disavowed by the main headquarters in Portland, Oregon, by their client advocate program at (877) 500-2288. The Lincoln Banfield store treated me and my dog unethically. They did a procedure without discussing it with me first, they were not interested in the prior medical records I had faxed to them, they gave me medication for my dog without telling me it must be refrigerated, and they marked up the medication 400% (it is easily available through Allivet, the same name brand medication). When I filed my complaint, they then later boned up on my dog's prior medical records just to lie and defend their actioins even more. They showed no interest in my dog's medical records when they had the chance, as I kept asking them to. The whole store treats you like their very own ATM machine and overcharges vastly. Pros: Convenience Cons: Unethical practices, doesn't care, overcharges
