Review content:
I had an appointment with Henry in October 2012 which turned out to be a disaster. My appointment with him was for highlights and a trim. We decided to go a little bit lighter this time with the highlights. First of all Henry left the foils on way too long. The back of my hair was in the foils for over an hour! When he decided to find the time to remove them, globs of my hair came out with the foils!!!! I was extremely upset and the only response that I received from Henry was a look of shock and an offer for me to BUY some products that would POSSIBLY get my hair back to the condition it was in before he ruined it. I was still charged for the services. For a salon like this, I would expect much more professionalism from the stylist and management there. Parts of my hair is still fried and all I can do now is wait for it to grow back out. I would definitely think twice before letting Henry do any type of coloring on your hair. I received no calls from the salon to see if my hair has improved or to check to see if I was okay.
