I cannot agree the previous review more!! The owner is extremely rude. When I called recently to tell her that I received a ticket on my door stating that a delivery attempt was made and wondered why they didn't leave it by my front door (covered porch) like other florists have done, she suggested I come pick it up and then told me she would be there for 20 more min. When I said that it was a gift and I was sure the person sending it expected it to be delivered she started raising her voice and said it was my fault for not calling first thing the morning. Custmer service is dead at Westerville Florist. I'm sure you can find someone who would appreciate the business!
