They patrol parking lots looking for 'illegally parked' cars... no warning - just a chance to make a quick hundred dollars or so... if the apartment office is closed, then they grab your car while you are gone for 10 minutes! They respond to questions with "Cash Only" and "It's Corporate, we can't help" - zero tolerance - zero compassion - zero humanity... they would have made fine prison guards in Nazi Germany.... only doing their jobs... yeah right... \r
