Review content:
I give them a 1 out of a 10 only because I feel sorry for them. If i didn't have a heart, I would have given them a 0. They are really lazy when it comes to processing their applications. I was really surprised by their behavior because I have never seen such a thing. They would lie to you almost every time you talk to them. They are NOT truthful in the way they handle their company. I got so tired of them that I went to another place to rent an apartment. There are definitely other property managements that treated me better than CWP. I am glad I didn't rent anything from them. It also seems like they discriminated against me because of my race. They were nice to white people when I came into the office, but they treated me and my friend like dirt. We should not have been treated the way we were treated considering the fact that they had a diverse work group. They are NOT WORTH the TIME at all! If i were you, go to another place before you enter HELL!
Pros: pros? hahah, ARE YOU KIDDING ME?
Cons: plenty of cons. discriminatory behavior, very rude service, unprofessionals who flirts with people, phone voice is not pleasant b/c it seems like they want to get rid of you
