I'm very sad to hear such negativity! When I went there to find a place everyone was so very helpful and knowledgeable. I needed a place sooo bad and quick. They helped me more than any other agency. I have to disagree w/ the person that said they were approved and then just shown bad places. The reason I say this is because, they dont even let you apply until you've seen the property, and you are sure thats what you want to put your application and pay your $25.00. I never felt like I was being discriminated against, I never felt like all they wanted was my money, and I never felt like I was being taken for a ride. I now have a beautiful house that I have been very happy in for over a yr and a half. Any time that something is wrong and I tell maintenance, they come out right away and take care of the problem. I hope this info helps anyone that is looking for property!!! :)
