after pre paying a whole 3 weeks in advance and paying over $1200.00 for 6 nights, and they didn't have our reservation on record, we were goning to be in trouble. They did not have our non smoking avail, so we had to switch rooms after one night, and were but in a roon for physcally challenged people, which we did not need. The room had the noisiest heater that would not work! But woke us up at 3 AM when it did kick in!One pleasentry our house keeping lady.And after complaining the hotel did nothing to compensate for our not so nice stay. The rest of our trip outside the hotel was absolutely wonderful!
