Hi there fellow reviewers, here is my personal experience with HOBBY TOWN in San Marcos CA.
At first when i came in, i thought ""wow, they got alot of really nice stuff in here!"" Then i talk to the employees. ""WOW, these guys are the biggest and most bitter jerks i've spoken to."" They act like if you arent ""good enough"" and just throw out information rather than to actually help you. They fed my girlfriend wrong information thus leading her to purchase me an RC helicopter. over $50 bucks! Then they tell her that i have 10 days to return it if I dont want it. Well i did want it and it broke, i asked to upgrade to a model more durable and they guy pretty much laughed at me with a giggle and said i have to contact the manufacturer for the problem of a dead battery. I wound up purchasing a new one from Hobby Town anyway cuz i had no choice, but i'd never give them business again..... I left upset and felt they have taken my lady's money and just laughed about it....Hobby Town San Marcos? Please Go out of business or change your employees. They aren't ready to work with people...
