Review content:
The service of this shop is horrible! My grandfather who has althimers went in to get some help with a helicopter he just bought, instead of showing him the problem the owner (Bill) proceded to fix it with out his knowlege then fly the helicopter around the shop as if he was trying to show off for some other customers with my grandfathers helicopter. the whole incident really angerd my grandfather so he just asked for his money back and was prompted to pay 30.00 for restocking fees and for the repairs made without his knowelege so when my brother and i went down to assist our grandfather they kicked us out as soon as we came in and locked the shop doors until we left the parking lot.
Pros: Actually have a pretty good rc car selection.
Cons: Cocky know it all employees. expensive as hell
