Double Knot is a truly unique rug shopping experience! Murat, the owner, was fabulous - his knowledge of rugs is extensive. Prices are very fair, great deals - you don't feel like you are being taken advantage of like we felt at some other rug stores. We liked several rugs, and he personally delivered them to our apartment for us to try. Then he saw our apartment, and understood exactly what we wanted. That night he called his colleagues in other states and found a rug that was perfect for us! He emailed us pictures and had it shipped (at no cost to us) within two days for us to consider (no commitment). Murat delivered a rug pad to us, which was included in the overall price. Murat is a truly refreshing, professional, trustworthly expert that made buying a rug a great experience!
