When I called Quality Roofing after finding loose shingles on the ground, Joseph came out, inspected my steep roof himself, and found a problem that required immediate attention. He had someone out to my home that very afternoon to make sure I did not have a leak while waiting for my insurance company to assess the damage. When Quality Roofing came out to do the final repairs, they were conscientious about trimming branches away from the roof, and completely repairing the problem. Wow! What other roofers in town would be so thorough and so compassionate?! Thanks!
