I am ranking them highly because i was in the midst of a nightmare move from Las Vegas to Washington and at the last minute the company we hired gave us 3 hours to store the things they had packed for us our they would charge us 10,000 dollars to hold our stuff.
My husband searched and found Big Al's Specialty Movers on the internet , as a local company serach. They were able to move us the same day and they were able to help us in that really tight spot. When they got here you could see that they honestly cared for our things in a way the other company didn't.
They were not tossing boxes and you could hear them discussing how to pack everything and make sure things were rearranged so the packing was done properly. They didn't mix clothes with cleaning supplies and dirty things with clean things like the other company had.
For our convenience, we decided to transition our move from storage to our new home over 3 days and we had them come out each time. The 8 guys they sent were a great team who split up the work and knew exactly what they were doing. There was no fumbling, and they told me my job was just to stand at the door and direct them where to put the boxes.
My 7 year old girl really like them and they appeased her and took the time out to pretend to have a picnic with her. They even unpacked a chair for me without me asking so I could sit and direct them! They took the time to help me through a really sticky situation and took extreme care-I cannot imagine better service in this industry.
