Review content:
I read great reviews about this salon but after I went there for my cut and color I was less than impressed. The cut was alright, amaturish at best. I was extremely disappointed when it came to the color. The color ended up an orangey yellow color with extremely large brown streaks. I get that it's hard to take brunettes to blonde but I have never had it look this poorly. When I was asked if I liked it I said no and that it was too orange but Tami insisted it was beautiful even though it was far from it and would not fix it. Even one of the stylists at the salon agreed with me and yet Tami still refused to fix it. She even left part way through to pick up her kid...hmmmm...I will NEVER be going back there. Especially when the customer is supposed to be right. I have never been told no when I ask my hair to be fixed. Never thought I would have to pay to have someone viciously slaughter my hair! NEVER AGAIN!!!
