Not sure what the poor reviews are about. I went in (unbeknownst to me) right as they were closing one night. The guys told me that my purchase would take as long as it takes. I didn't feel rushed at all - they were super helpful, chatty, and VERY knowledgeable. I bought a pair of tactical pants cause they are super comfy (and expensive, but well worth it since they will last forever.) When asked if they would shrink, the guy said ""probably not. If they do, bring them back and we will send them to the manufacturer."" I also got a preview and intro to the tazers and protection equipment they carry, cheap to expensive, and some general info about home safety and gun specifics. Both guys were great, and I would feel good buying anything from them. They know their stuff, and they didn't hesitate to stay well past closing time until my purchase was done.
