I was in the process of getting a Visa to the UK on a rush basis for my son. The paperwork was overwhelming and I did not feel I had all the information needed from the school to complete application. Very stressful. Called another agency and they said I needed to fill out all paperwork as it was mine. I was running out of time and called Ladon at Ambassador Passport. She calmed me down and told me she would be at the office until 6:00 p.m. (the other place had already closed). She would help me with all paperwork and not to worry. I scooped everything up and made it to the office. She put all the paperwork together easily. Did not need all the forms that I thought. Had all paperwork shipped out that night and the Visa was accepted the very next day. Then I was able to pick up Visa one day after that. What a PEACE of MIND! I also saw how she spoke (respectfully) to many customers in person and on the phone while we were there. TOP NOTCH!
