This is the worst apartment complex I have ever rented. The area is populated with Illegal Mexicans. The service in the leasing office was fairly quick and no deposit was needed. Now I know the reason.. The apartment I am staying in is on the first floor and during the heavy winter rains the ceiling would leak, I informed the maintence office and the general manager about this problem 5 times before they did anything about it. Even then the lazy maintence worker just spacked the ceiling and painted over leaving the ceiling looking awful. I also have a mold problem, that I informed them about, have they done anything about it yet? No!! I told them that it's a health hazard and need to have them do something about it or move me into another apartment. I was 2 days late with my rent, only 2 days and they have a 3 day grace period before they start charging you late fees. and 15 days before getting attorneys involved. I got an eviction notice on the 2nd day. I had to go to court for that!! my rent plus late fees plus $250 attorney fees. I didn't appreciate the hell they put me through. My two year old son and I had to leave the apartment complex after this whole ordeal. Moved to east Mesa, to Sun Valley Ranch. Much nicer and cleaner and very understanding people. go there instead.. Pros: There was no deposit required Cons: Very terrible and disgusting service from all employees of complex. Not understanding to your problems
