Review content:
I used them for about 4 years to winterize our irrigatioin. In the fall of 2010, I had the date set. The day before, they called to say they could come earlier due to a cancellation. I accepted the new time, but they never showed up. I waited until the original appointment time which was 3 hours later, then additional 30 minutes after that. During that time I called several times, but it was a Saturday, so of course there was no one to answer the phone.
I called Monday morning and expressed my dissatisfaction. I politely asked if they would compensate for it by giving me a discount if I scheduled another appointment, but they would not do anything.
