I have taken my car to Leith Jaguar 3 times in 2010. The absolute worse customer service I've ever experienced. DO NOT, and I repeat DO NOT accept Matthew Christensen as your service tech (the person that checks your car in, and calls to give you an update). This person is rude and obnoxious. After speaking to the service manager about his behaviour, I was told that half of the customers like him, and half do not. I would think, if you have a person where half of the customers do not like dealing with him, this would deemed a major problem. This person should not be working there. I was advised to ask for someone else when scheduling an appointment. I would advise you to do the same, or go somewhere else.
