I have been searching for years for some direction in my fitness goals. I started running a few months ago and ran into Brian at the Angels Among Us 5K race benefit. I stopped by the gym the next day and was thouroughly impressed! His knowledge and expertise in physical therapy gave me comfort and his facility was immaculate - better than most spas that I have gone to in California and much better than my current gym in Southern Village. I have made the switch and encourage the rest of you to follow!!!
Pros: Expertise, Atmosphere, Staff
