I have tried 3 different trainers in the Durham area and Brian is the best! The programs and pricing that they have are more economical than the others, even though he has more expertise than the rest! Brian is a licensed physical therapist, and this was important to me because of past injuries. I feel assured that Brian will help me recover and meet my goals! He is the BEST DEAL IN THE TRIANGLE - NO DOUBT!!!!! I highly recommend!!
