Review content:
I have a backflow system, and Splash Plumbing is the one company that services backflow systems. They are very good at that. I also have had them clean out my main lines, and they are excellent at cleaning out lines as well. They have a camera they can use in the lines to see if they got everything out and that there are no problems. Their technical service is very good.
Everyone is very polite. Sometimes I am out of state for a couple of months, and we have it set up so that my tenants can call Splash Plumbing. They will always respond and come out. I trust them. I also have an old building that had a hot water leak, and they did the re-plumbing outside. They have done some major things as well as minor things for me.
I used them even before they were called Splash, so sometime between 5 to 10 years. I have 4 apartment buildings and 5 rental homes, and it is important to have someone who can always be reached. I can always reach Splash Plumbing. I also need someone who charges fairly, and who has expertise in diagnostics. They are able to diagnose accurately, which is very important to me.
