I have had varied success with Splash Plumbing. The first guy who came out put a new water heater in under the kitchen sink to fix a leak. The part alone cost $400 and it did not fix the problem. It turned out to be a bad seal, which I found myself.
Then there is Daniel. He is great. I call Splash Plumbing back because of him. I would recommend him to anybody, and would not recommend anybody else. He is outstanding. Daniel has helped me several times. He has replaced my water heater, did some re-piping, flushed the water heater, and unplugged the toilet. He also took care of the water heater under the sink.
Besides the one sour experience, Splash Plumbing is a good company. They are really prompt at getting right out when you need them and call back immediately. They go out of their way to get to you on time and even call you if they are running late. My only concern is that you gotta have good people who are able to diagnose problems and not just good customer service.

We at Splash Plumbing take these matters very serious and we WILL ALWAYS "make it right". And that is what I would like to do for anyone that does not feel that we were the best company they ever used!
