Firstly, the owner (Malcolm) answered my call immediately and listened carefully to what I was trying to do with my swimming pool patio. We set a time the same day for him to see the job site and in 15 minutes he handed me pricing in full and explained how this job would be accomplished. The crew and Malcolm were obviously pros and they executed a beautiful job in exactly in the time frame that was outlined to me. I would definitely use Malcolm again as he was true blue hard working experienced and a delight to talk to. I would be worried with any other fly by night concrete company as concrete is not very forgiving when mistakes are made.
