They seemed to go out of their way to not give us our food. I ordered 2 large steak subs and a plain slice TO GO. Paid over 20 bucks. We waited 40 minutes . I don't care if your decor is 40 years old or your ceilings have stains etc. I go for that atmosphere. But how does the food take that long? I wanted my money back. My daughter had to go to work. My food was ok but my granddaughter's slice of pizza was on a paper plate and put in a paper bag? I guess that's how they do it now. I think they need to revamp their layout so it's more customer friendly and doesn't take so long to get the customers their food. They had plenty of employees that seemed to be wandering or walking unnecessarily taking up too much time. The only people that should be ""walking"" are the servers and they seemed to be working hard well the female was working hard. She seemed mean cause she had to work so hard. Been there before. The food was good..but the service was off putting. The man preparing the food still had his blue nitrile food service gloves on and took customers money put it in the register and without washing hands and changing gloves went back to food prep. Nice I love the taste of money that has been everywhere on the floor and who knows where else. Upsetting. Going to Luigi's from now on even it is out of the way.
