I started using Berkeley Motor Works many years ago because they specialize in BMWs and they are substantially less expensive than the dealership. Not only do they provide quality service, but they always explain what the problem is and what my options are, for example, what has to be fixed immediately and what can wait. Their level of communication in explaining what the issues are is what I appreciate the most.
The are very accommodating and always have that personalized touch, from explaining things over the phone to picking you up and dropping you off. Mike always gives me a ride back to my job, which is not very far away. Nothing is ever issue. They always take care of things.
