I'm very faithful to Berkeley Motor Works. I would never take my BMW anywhere else.
Berkeley Motor Works really goes out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I recently stopped in on my way to work when a low oil light came on. They checked it out and refilled my oil, free of charge. All they wanted was to get me back on my feet.
Whenever I go in, they always have a conversation about what is coming up next, and what options I have for future maintenance. They don't dictate what I should do next. They give me guidance so that I can make the best decision.
I'm the type of person who would rather get everything done in one visit. Berkeley Motor Works takes care of what matters at the moment so I don't have to come in often. When I do need work done, I always go to this family owned business because they really care. I won't go to a dealership, and would never pay a penny to anybody else.
