I've known Mike at Berkeley Motor Works for many years. When they are dealing with BMW's, they are concise about what needs to be done. They have excellent machinists who are extremely knowledgeable and don't waste your time beating around the bush or keeping you in the dark. They work hard at building up a repoire with their customers.
I know that I can get on the horn to Mike and he'll be responsive to my needs and calls. The customer service they provide there is top-notch. The entire staff, from inside out, is friendly, knowledgeable and personable. Plus they are located nearby and neighborly.
