Review content:
VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. Dunking booth was not ready at agreed upon time. Had to find previous renter's location to obtain item for my event... It was not available for 12 more hours. When asked for reduction in agreed-upon price because agreed-upon time was not honored, manager's demeanor became hostile and rude. No apology was made. Will NEVER use again or recommend company.
