Businiess name:  Harbor Cove Apartments

Review content:
I lived in harbor cove apartments for about 7 months. The only thing I liked about the apartment is the location of apartments. But the price they ask for this is too much. I had taken 1BD apt for 7 months. On renewal they increased the rent by $150 and also they are not going to extend it more that my last lease period (7 months). Many of my friends moved out just because of too much increase in rent. If you have guests, parking is always problem. I think one can get much better apartments in cheaper price elsewhere. Maintenance will never come until you leave 4-5 times emergency call. Some times you need to go to the leasing office 2-3 times to get maintenance work done. Management is worst I have seen in my life and I think it is worst on the planet. They are very rude and unprofessional in talking to customers (old customers). Also they charge $300-$400 for cleaning the apartment and carpet, once you move out with no good reason. Even if you change the new carpet, paint all walls and change all fixtures to new ones, even though they will charge you same amount for cleaning. They want to make money from this too. I had cleaned the apartment to make it exactly same as I got even though they charged me about $200 for apartment cleaning. Pros: Location Cons: Everything else
