Review content:
The sales representative was rude and unaccomodating when a personal situation arose that required my family and I to relocate to another state and they would not refund our prepaid pest control. They simply do not understand the concept of customer service and attempt to treat all customers as dollar signs. I will never recommend or ever do business with Burns Pest Elimination or any of its subsidiaries or other affiliates of this company, including those relationships between the owners and senior management and other entities. We went back to Terminix for the customer service that Burns fails to deliver on.
