I was looking for a good place to do alterations to one of my skirts and since this place had very good reviews I took it there. First they said they can't take on the job because it's too much work. Then they said that even if they do do it, they can't give me a price, not even an estimate and I will have to wait until the alterations were made. It was a simple skirt with a zipper on one side and all they had to do was take the zipper off, take the skirt in a little bit and put the zipper back on. I didn't think it was such a big deal but, they refused to take it. So, since I really wanted to wear the skirt I took it to a regular cleaners and alterations place and the lady there did it in one day with no problems, no complaints and charged me less than $20.
