These apartments are beautiful on the outside! The entire time we were there it was great! We frequently had our carpets shampooed, and we did not have any dogs or children staying with us. Our apartment was beautiful, when we were getting ready to move the employees completely flipped on us. They kept our deposit, they charged us extra out of pocket on top of the deposit, AND charged us for water usage knowing that we were no longer living in the apartment. When my fiance tried calling the office he was told one thing and then another. When he showed up to figure out what he owed and why, he was told a completely different number than over the phone. They would not talk with him nor would they help us to understand why we were being charged. They simply shrugged and gave us a bill... It was horrible the way they handle issues such as this. We recently bought a home and funny thing they lived in the same apartment complex while their house was being built and told us that they did the same thing to them, they just had a baby and bought a house and the apartment complex completely screwed them over. So sad. Anyway just beware!!!!
