Would never deal with this outfit if I didn't have to, but Samsung has contracted with them for warranty coverage in my area. So when our Samsung refrigerator stopped cooling on the refrigerator side Samsung sent Accurate Appliance Repair out to perform warranty service. It took several days for a repair man to show up. Then once the repair man looked at the fridge he told us to stop using the freezer side (which was still working) and he would get the parts ordered. Several days later I called Accurate Appliance Repair to see if they received the part and they told me that the parts we in, but they wouldn't be able to come out and repair it until the following week. So when the scheduled repair time came the repair man showed up and surprise...he says he forgot the parts to perform the repair, and wanted to schedule for yet another day. We've missed so much time off of work messing with this outfit. Do yourself a favor if you are reading this and call anyone else for your appliance repair needs.
