We have not used Jeffrey's Automotive for awhile. At the time we had some older cars, but we have since gotten rid of those, and we now have cars under warranty. Because so much of the repair work is under warranty we go to a dealership. At the time we used them though we had a Volvo that needed a lot of work.
When we used Jeffrey's Automotive everything was good. I recommended someone go to them just the other day when they had a bad experience somewhere else. I feel like Jeffrey's Automotive does what they can to really work with their customers, and they probably understand their customer's circumstances and situations better than a dealership.
