MY ADVICE IS TO NEVER SHOP AT FLORIDA LUMBER ON 20th Streeet IN MIAMI. I ordered all my lumber from them to build my patio deck. I was promised and charged for premium decking pine. When the wood was delivered it was crappy. My carpenter started the work so I had to eat the inferior wood. Oh well. But the lumber for the posts was damaged and the posts were cracked on all four sides top to bottom. Useless. I Went to Florida Lumber today to return the poles. Even though I have bought thousands of dollars worth in lumber and materials from Florida Lumber, they refused to take back eight 4X4 poles that were worth less than $50. Wouldn't even exchange them for more acceptable ones. The manager was beyond rude, and their customer service STINKS. The nasty owner and his arrogant son are dictators and could tell this is not a good place to work either! I feel sorry for the staff of Florida Lumber. They are managed by Old-Man-Hot-Head, and his son, Arrogant-Power-Tripper. My CUBANAZA came out, and I STRONGLY and VOCIFEROUSLY demanded a refund in front of their 2 or 3 customers (the place looks like it's headed for bankruptcy). I did not leave until they refunded my money. I've been banned from ever shopping there again. Oh Dear!
